The LL.M. in Contract law is a lato sensu graduate program that addresses traditional and current theoretical aspects as well as the drafting of contracts in general, providing full support to your negotiation processes.

Who should attend

Professional with at least three years of experience in the selected concentration who work with complex legal issues and want to advise their clients on the negotiation, execution, interpretation, accompaniment and performance of key business contracts of the most varied types and complexities in advisory or litigious capacities at both the national and international levels.

Program Structure

Graduate program (lato sensu) in Contract Law

Total class time: 375 hours, which should be completed in approximately 18 months, as well as the completion of a thesis.
