Foi pesquisadora e coordenadora executiva do Núcleo de Estudos Fiscais da FGV entre 2009 e 2013. Foi advogada e sócia da área tributária em diversos Escritórios de advocacia (Mattos Filho, BM&A, Eurico de Santi, CSMV e FM/Derraik) entre 2007 e 2019. Foi diretora e pesquisadora do Centro de Cidadania Fiscal (CCiF), entre 2017 e 2019. Foi assessora especial do Ministro da Economia entre 2019 e 2021 para assuntos relacionados à reforma tributária. Atualmente é consultora em política pública na área tributária (tax policy)"},{"text":"Participantes"},{"fileName":"site (2).png"},{"text":"Claudio Cipollini Is an Assistant Professor of Tax & Technology at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) and one of the research leaders of the Amsterdam Centre for Tax Law (ACTL)’s project “Designing the tax system for a Cashless, Platform-based and Technology-driven society” (CPT Project). His research focuses on the taxation of the digital economy, with particular attention to crypto-assets, blockchain, the metaverse, and digital services taxes. He has published extensively in leading international journals, including the World Tax Journal, Intertax, EC Tax Review, and European Taxation.   He lectures in EU Tax Law and International Tax Law Moot Court in the Advanced LL.M. in International Tax Law at the Amsterdam Law School. He regularly delivers invited lectures and conference presentations worldwide, including at NYU (USA), the University of Chile, the University of Cape Town, and FIT (Mumbai, India), among others.   He holds a Ph.D. in Tax Law from Radboud University Nijmegen and a Master’s degree in Law magna cum laude from the University of Pisa. Before joining UvA, he was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Heidelberg University and an Adjunct Professor of European Taxation Law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza.” He is also a tax lawyer admitted before the Italian Supreme Court and the founding partner of RCLex – Law Firm in La Spezia, Italy."},{"fileName":"site (1).png"},{"text":"Giorgio Beretta Is an Assistant Professor specializing in Indirect Taxation at the University of Amsterdam (UvA), where he is actively involved in the Amsterdam Center for Tax Law (ACTL)’s research initiative on “Designing the tax system for a Cashless, Platform-based and Technology-driven society (CPT)”. He also serves as the academic coordinator for the “VAT/GST” and “VAT – Advanced” courses within UvA’s Advanced Master’s (LL.M.) in International Tax Law program.   Additionally, Giorgio is a member of the Tax Research Lab at NOVA University Lisbon (Portugal). Previously, he was a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Law at Lund University (Sweden), where he co-managed the indirect tax course track for the Master of Laws (LL.M.) in European and International Trade and Tax Law (MEITT).   Giorgio, an Italian-qualified lawyer, is on the editorial boards of the international tax journals Intertax and Highlights & Insights on European Taxation. He regularly contributes to books, chapters, articles, and other publications on international and European taxation, particularly in VAT and personal income tax.   In 2021, he received the “IFA Maurice Lauré Prize” for his monograph “European VAT and the Sharing Economy” (EUCOTAX Series on European Taxation No. 65, Kluwer Law International 2019), which aims to promote scientific research in international indirect taxation."}]
