O evento ocorrerá no [Hub de Inovação e Empreendedorismo Paulo Cunha](https://hub.insper.edu.br/) do Insper em 29 de agosto de 2024 às 18h. O objetivo do evento é apresentar a Air Community no Brasil, convidando empreendedores a se juntarem à comunidade. Teremos uma atividade dinâmica chamada “Deu ruim”, que será aberta por três empreendedores compartilhando histórias de seus fracassos nos negócios e como conseguiram se recuperar. Depois, convidaremos o público a fazer o mesmo. Isso visa motivar empreendedores menos experientes a persistir mesmo quando as coisas ficam difíceis. Por fim, teremos uma sessão de networking onde convidamos empreendedores, pessoas de diversas indústrias, capitalistas de risco e a comunidade Insper a se conectar e aprender mais sobre o oceano azul que é a indústria de HVAC. Before attending Harvard, she co-founded Plugify, a circular economy fintech in Brazil, which aims to end electronic waste and support entrepreneurs by providing IT hardware-as-a-service and mobile device management services to SMBs. From 2018 to 2023, she served as Plugify's CFO and board member, leading the structuring of Brazil's first hardware-backed debenture and fund (FIDC).
