Insper Institute of Education and Research, a leading institution located in São Paulo, Brazil, with the triple crown accreditation (AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS), invites applications for one full-time, research-oriented position in Management (tenure-track/tenured).
Candidates should engage in high-quality teaching and cutting-edge research applied to relevant problems faced by society, managers, and policymakers. We particularly seek and encourage diversity in our pool of applicants in terms of gender, race, ethnicity, as well as candidates from underrepresented groups. Applicants must have completed a Ph.D. in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Public Administration/Management, Economics, or related fields before the start of the appointment.
We are particularly interested in candidates conducting high-quality research in the fields of operations, technology, and supply chain management, evidenced by a research track record or pipeline covering top-tier international journals in the field. Applications from excellent candidates in other areas of management will also be considered, however a strong interface with operations, technology, or supply chain management is expected. We encourage candidates undertaking research in sustainability-related topics (broadly defined) to apply.
Applicants must have a willingness to engage with the school on a full-time basis. Applications for all career levels (Assistant, Associate, and Full) are encouraged. Knowledge of Portuguese is not required and will not be used as a selection criterion.
