In early 2013, the Board of Trustees was created. It is an additional governance institution, created by members of donating families who originated Insper as an independent non-profitable entity. The board is responsible for approving indication of Institution President, to ensure that mission and vision are fulfilled and there are enough resources to fulfill this objective.
