In recent years, the career in Business Administration has experienced growing demand in the country, given the wide range of opportunities, spanning from marketing, organizational behavior and human resources, public policies to leadership positions in large companies.

In this scenario, it is crucial to choose a program that integrates solid theoretical foundations, both in human aspects and quantitative training, with technical tools and methods of analysis applicable in organizational daily routines.

The Insper approach to teaching stands out by inspiring and transforming its students into distinguished professionals in the market.

The undergraduate program in Business Administration aims to deepen the analysis of the economic, social, and institutional context of companies, enabling students to propose practical solutions to organizational challenges. It seeks to develop skills that are generally highlighted as major differentiators by employers, such as:

  • Written and oral communication;
  • Teamwork;
  • Application of theory to solve real-life problems;
  • Critical thinking;
  • Innovative and broad view of the organizational context, facilitated by integration with our undergraduate programs in Economics and Engineering;
  • Social engagement: students who participate in any student organization will earn points in the selection process for exchange programs.
