This approach provides new perspectives on these markets and leverages specialized technologies and tools for the development of efficient and effective legal solutions.   Students will be offered an innovative experience in both form and depth of knowledge, covering the financial operations lifecycle from its origin and promoting the legal study and critical analysis of market mechanisms and systems. This includes current topics such as fintechs, instant payments, compliance, ESG, M&A, trends and innovations in public offerings, market infrastructure, etc.   The program has been redesigned to create clear connections between the concepts and theories addressed and their practical application. It features a group of specialized professors who combine academic foundations with professional experience in renowned law firms, global financial institutions, and market infrastructure entities, bringing their practical experience into the classroom.   The program deepens the legal theory applied to the financial market (such as the national financial system) and the capital market (such as the securities distribution system) through the presentation of: Entities and participants of these systems; Products and services offered in such markets, and their respective contracts; Relevant laws and regulations for these systems (CMN, BC, CVM, BSM, Anbima, Febraban); Case studies experienced by companies, financial institutions, and other market participants. In the end, it is expected that students will have acquired the tools to act freely, critically, and efficiently in transactions in the financial and capital markets, expanding their possibilities of contributing to the labor market, and accelerating development opportunities through exposure to issues and discussions that professionals would typically only encounter through direct experience in these markets.   Learning objectives: Determine legal risks in real-world problems and consider their interdisciplinary effects (various structures and operations of the financial and capital markets and non-legal sciences), proposing solutions. Understand, interpret, analyze, and develop effective solutions related to operations, products, and legal discussions concerning the financial and capital markets for internal and external clients (national and international banking and capital operations, investment funds, derivatives, corporate governance and compliance, taxation, and contemporary aspects of financial and capital markets law). Critically analyze the Brazilian legal and regulatory environment, making comparisons with relevant foreign jurisdictions and keeping up with proposals for regulatory evolution and innovation."},{"titleItem":"Program structure"},{"text":"In-person program, with a workload of 420 hours (21 months) and classes during the week or on weekends, depending on the selection process.   The innovative structure includes mandatory and elective courses . This differential of our program allows the student to customize their program and have access to courses from other areas (legal, economic, accounting, financial, etc.), indispensable for the practical training required today.   The mandatory courses fulfill the fundamental formative function for the practice of tax law. The elective courses allow the student to direct and complement their training according to their specific area of interest.   Our teaching methodology is focused on solving practical issues in the business world and, therefore, prioritizes the student's effective learning.   In our graduate programs, the Final Projects (TCC) have been replaced by collective empirical research projects, guided by a professional in the field. The research reports aim to map case law, doctrine, national and international practices with the objective of directly assisting the professional in their day-to-day work."},{"titleItem":"Insper experience"},{"text":"Applied content : our graduate programs offer active, participatory, and interdisciplinary learning.
