Understand the multidisciplinary dynamics of relationships developed within corporations and limited liability companies. Understand the interdependence of various disciplines involved (corporate law, finance, accounting, financial statement analysis) for the proper application of the principles and rules of corporate law. Analyze the legal problems and risks that commonly arise in the practice of corporate law, such as issues related to capital increase and reduction; conflicts of interest; directors' liability; corporate reorganization operations; shareholders' agreements; impasses between partners; and corporate litigation. Resolve complex and multidisciplinary corporate legal issues. Apply legal and regulatory provisions relevant to the analyzed problems. Evaluate the relevance, aptitude, and adherence of applicable legal and regulatory provisions to the analyzed problems.   Profile   Professionals with an undergraduate degree in Law and at least 2 years of previous experience in the corporate area. It is recommended for professionals interested in improving their analytical capacity and strategic vision on corporate and business issues."},{"titleItem":"Program structure"},{"text":"In-person program, with a workload of 420 hours (21 months) and classes during the week or on weekends, depending on the selection process.   Innovative, the program presents mandatory and elective courses , allowing the personalization of the program with access to complementary areas such as legal, economic, accounting, and financial.   The mandatory courses are fundamental for training in Corporate Law, while the elective courses allow directing the training according to specific interests.   The methodology focuses on solving practical issues of everyday business life, prioritizing the effective learning of the student. The final projects (TCC) have been replaced by collective empirical research projects, guided by professionals in the field, mapping judgments, doctrines, and national and international practices.   The program lasts 21 months and offers the flexibility of choosing elective courses on different days and times, not restricted to graduate studies, allowing students to choose additional programs from the school.   The availability of elective courses and programs is subject to minimum enrollment numbers, with a maximum limit to ensure the quality of learning. In case of excessive demand, the selection of students is based on the global average of the program.
