  • Talent Network: Is a recruiting fair held on the Insper campus in which headhunting firms discuss with alumni the job market and the latest trends and opportunities.
  • Alumni Mentoring Program: The program invites and orients alumni on how to act as voluntary mentors to graduating undergraduate students. The mentors dedicate some of their time to answering questions and sharing knowledge with the students about the fields in which they work. The program benefits both parties. The undergraduate students have an opportunity to learn how the job market works, how to work on teams and deal with a manager for the first time, while the mentors benefit by honing skills such as leadership, negotiation, influence, etc.
  • Career Opportunities Board: This is an online system for announcing job openings at the school’s partner companies, which are organizations from a wide range of industries that are interested in hiring Insper students and alumni.
  • Directory of Insper Graduates: The directory is a database of résumés from Insper graduates. It gives alumni an opportunity to make available their academic and professional background to over 3,000 companies from a wide range of industries, as well as to headhunting and recruiting firms. The tool also enables alumni to locate former classmates. For companies, the directory serves as a tool for searching talent and as a relationship channel with Insper graduates.
