Customized courses updated with the global demand grant the institution the 4th place in Latin America
Insper was featured in the ranking of the British newspaper Financial Times of business schools. Insper’s customized Executive Education courses remain among the top 50 in the world and in 4th place in Latin America. It is the 14th time the institution has entered the ranking in this category.
The global ranking of executive education by the Financial Times, one of the most important economic newspapers in the world, analyzes higher education institutions that offer specialized courses in business. The evaluations of the institution’s own students, as well as the companies that hired it, are important criteria for inclusion on the list.
Insper keeps its course portfolio up to date with global demand, ensuring partnerships with national and international companies, offering content that students can apply in the most diverse business sectors. The institution also stands out for its ability to offer exclusive courses, meeting specific leadership training needs in companies and other organizations.
“The customized executive education programs start from the diagnosis of companies and the challenges they face to create educational solutions in which the executive is the leading actor”, says Rodrigo Amantea, executive education and innovation coordinator at Insper.
In order to accommodate the different needs of companies in all areas and expertise, Insper offers customized Live Learning courses (synchronous online classes), face-to-face (on campus or in company), hybrid or asynchronous online. The duration can also be suitable for business, with short courses (up to 40h), medium (up to 120h) or long-term (over 120h). The audience ranges from trainee to C-level.
In 15 years, more than 400 companies have customized educational programs with Insper and several seek the institution on a recurring basis. Among the areas already served are senior management, leadership, strategy and business, marketing and sales, innovation, family businesses, finance, technology, among others.
