Business administration students finish a cycle in the effective problem-solving course
Students apply classroom-acquired knowledge and create innovative projects to solve real-world problems of partner companies
This June, students finished another cycle of the During the entire first half of 2021, 154 sixth-semester Business Administration students dedicated themselves to evaluate real-world problems shared by partner companies and collectively develop innovative, practically applicable solutions. To this end, they were advised by mentors and course professors. At the end of the program, they received a Green or Yellow Belt Plan certificate from Insper in partnership with the Brazilian consulting firm Falconi Consultores de Resultados.
“The REP has an innovative and diversified proposition. It is an essential program for students’ professional development, offering opportunities for and encouraging networking with market professionals. It is very gratifying to see everyone’s involvement, besides the proposals presented with excellence, creativity, and innovation. Congratulations to everyone who was a part of it this semester”, says REP coordinator Carolina Fouad.
In total, around 24 companies participated this semester, and 25 mentors instructed the 154 participating students. To honor this edition’s outstanding proposals, we present the projects awarded with the best evaluations, the outstanding mentors, and the outstanding companies.
