Insper’s MBA programs receive international accreditation
Insper was accredited once again by the Association of MBAs (AMBA), an international organization that reviews and accredits graduate business programs. The accreditation aims to support the school’s continuous-improvement process, which contributes to the excellence of these programs through rigorous and internationally recognized quality standards. The school was accredited for the first time in 2007, and only five institutions in Brazil offer graduate programs recognized by AMBA.
As part of the process, a team of academics representing AMBA and international schools visited Insper in 2012 to evaluate the school’s MBA programs.
The factors singled out by the AMBA at Insper during this visit included the quality of the education, the commitment to improving students’ learning experience and the balance between theory and practice in the classroom. AMBA also highlighted the reputation and positioning of the Insper brand in the Brazilian market and the high quality of the campus facilities.
The result of this process was the school receiving accreditation for another five years for all of its MBA programs: Executive MBA, Executive MBA in Finance and Executive MBA in Healthcare Management.
