The LL.M. in Corporate Law is a lato sensu graduate program designed to give students the ability to understand and analyze critically, from a multidisciplinary standpoint, the principles, rules and best practices related to the structuring and restructuring of companies in Brazil.
Professionals with at least three years of professional experience in the selected concentration who work with complex legal issues and have the ability to create, develop and analyze corporate structures of the most varied nature in advisory and litigious capacities, including corporate routines, corporate governance practices, securities issuances, complex transactions involving Brazilian and international parties and the associated legal and administrative measures.
