Bachelor's and Master's degree in Statistics from the Institute of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of São Paulo (IME-USP). He has been a professor at Insper since February 2000, where he has taught the courses Statistics I, Statistics II, Econometrics, Advanced Econometrics, Microeconomics IV, Problems in Economics, and Advanced Topics in Economics (ANPEC) for undergraduate students, as well as the course Time Series Analysis for MBA students.
He has experience in the field of probability and statistics, with an emphasis on time series and econometrics, having supervised several final projects in the area. Currently, he is interested in studying multivariate models for nonlinear time series and their applications to the financial market.
