Ph.D. in Science and Technology Policy from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp) and Visiting Fulbright Scholar at George Washington University. M.Sc. and bachelor's degree in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo (FDUSP), where she also completed a post-doctorate on legal-institutional uncertainties in innovation contracts, funded by the São Paulo Research Foundation (Fapesp).
Researcher at the Legal Center of the Innovation and Competitiveness Observatory of the Institute of Advanced Studies (OIC/IeA-USP) and the Law and Public Policy Group at FDUSP. She conducts research on innovation contracting, intellectual property, and regulation.
