Economist with research focused on political economy and macroeconomics. Holds an Undergraduate Degree from the School of Economics, Business and Accounting of the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP) and a Ph.D. from Stony Brook University, State University of New York.

She is the organizer of the "economistAs" podcast, which aims to give more voice to Brazilian female researchers and encourage young women to enter the profession. She writes biweekly for the Economics section of Estadão.
