Graduated in Mechanical Engineering (emphasis in Mechatronics) from the University of São Paulo (USP), São Carlos campus, where he completed an M.Sc. in Robotics and a Ph.D. in Manufacturing Automation. He was a researcher at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of California at Berkeley, USA.

 

He also serves as the owner of Sensoft Automation Ltd, accumulating over 20 years of professional experience in managing automation projects implemented in companies in Brazil and abroad. During this period, he also coordinated innovation projects in entrepreneurial environments (business incubators, technology parks, PIPE/FAPESP Phases 1, 2, and 3 projects, RHAE/CNPq projects).

 

He was a project manager in the healthcare field, involving regulatory aspects (ANVISA), BPF implementation, laboratory testing (NBR IEC 60601-1), and process certification (ISO 13485). He has professional experience in Industrial Automation, Instrumentation, Measurement and Test Systems, Visual Inspection, IoT, and Digital Transformation.
