EnANPAD is the main scientific event of the National Association of Graduate Studies and Research in Administration (ANPAD) and one of the most relevant in the field of administration, accounting, and related areas in Latin America. EnANPAD is Brazil’s leading meeting for academics in Business Administration, with a long-standing tradition of bringing researchers together and fostering the advancement of the field. In this sense, it is already a great joy to have our professors and students presenting their work there, and even more gratifying to receive awards for both faculty and students who have conducted research within Insper’s programs,” says  Sérgio Lazzarini , professor at the Chafi Haddad Chair and Vice President of Academic Affairs at Insper. With the theme "Sustainability in Management: Recognizing Identities, Local Experiences, and Global Challenges," EnANPAD 2025 promoted in-depth discussions and the presentation of academic papers exploring the interactions between organizational practices, territorial contexts, and contemporary challenges. This year, 2,668 papers were submitted, of which 1,562 were presented. The event had more than 1,800 participants. Insper had a highly prominent participation, receiving awards in different divisions of the event and significant recognition for the work of its researchers and faculty. In the Public Administration Division, the paper “Transversalidade no planejamento orçamentário do Governo Federal (1991-2027): significados, trajetórias e instrumentos” co-authored by Professor Ana Diniz , was selected as the Best Paper of the Division. In the Division of Strategy in Organizations, two papers linked to Insper were awarded: the study "When clients are owners: a comparative analysis of cooperatives and alternative organizational forms in heterogeneous markets," by  Octavio Augusto Darcie de Barros  (Alumnus of the Doctoral Program in Business Economics), supervised by  Sandro Cabral  and Sérgio Lazzarini, won the Best Paper from Completed Dissertation Award; and the paper "Anatomia de uma fusão: o que acontece quando a Rede D’Or adquire um hospital," by  Marcelo Apolonio Policarpo  (Alumnus of the Professional M.Sc. in Business Administration), supervised by  Paulo Furquim de Azevedo , was awarded Best Paper from Completed M.Sc. Skin tone bias in leadership endorsement and strategies for mitigation," by  Juliana Costa de Carvalho  (Center for Public Management & Policy at Insper), co-authored by  Gustavo Tavares  (Insper) and Filipe Sobral (FGV/EBAPE), nominated for the Best Paper from Completed Doctoral Dissertation Award in the Division of Organizational Behavior and Human Resources. Furthermore, Professor Andrea Minardi was honored with the Academic Career Award in the Finance Division, in recognition of her significant and ongoing contributions to the field.
