Over the course of the week, 40 Bayer leaders took part in the programme. The programme was designed to support executives at different stages of their leadership journey — from self-leadership to team management and strategic business leadership. The academic structure was organized around three core pillars: leadership, strategy, and innovation, combining conceptual reflection with practical application to real organizational challenges. The relationship between EADA and Bayer has been built over several years and has already involved the development of hundreds of leaders across different countries. The edition held in Brazil was custom-designed through a joint process between Insper Executive Education and Bayer to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic priorities and leadership model. EADA was responsible for the academic design and content delivery, while Insper participated, for the second time, as the academic partner in Brazil, supporting the local implementation of the programme and contributing to institutional coordination in the country. One of the programme’s distinguishing features was its emphasis on experiential learning and the immediate application of classroom content. The initiative sought to create an immersive environment in which participants could connect leadership and innovation concepts to concrete business decisions and contexts. Developing leaders capable of making responsible and strategic decisions is one of Insper’s core commitments. “Initiatives such as this one, built in partnership with institutions like EADA and Bayer, expand the impact of our Executive Education and strengthen our role as a bridge between academic excellence and organizational transformation,” says Guilherme Martins, President of Insper, who also serves on EADA’s International Advisory Board.
