The school has always stood out for its transformative teaching model, a strong commitment to academic quality, and a vision that prioritizes the alignment between theory and practice.   Founded in 1999 by visionary Claudio Haddad, Insper began its activities offering programs in Business Administration and Economics, which quickly attracted the attention of young people seeking a differentiated education, whether because of the updated academic references and innovative methodologies used in the courses or because of the close relationship with technology.   "We received laptops, something extremely rare in the late 1990s. We weren't sure how to use them at first, but we soon realized that Insper was at the forefront, preparing us for a constantly evolving world," recalls Juliana Sivieri Gonçalves, an alumna of the first Business Administration class."},{"jcr:title":"Grid Container Section","layout":"responsiveGrid"},{"text":"  Juliana Sivieri Gonçalves , alumna of the first Business Administration class"},{"text":"  Currently CEO of Gonçalves Packaging, Juliana attests to the impact of Insper's education on her professional journey. She believes that the school's bold spirit prepared her for the demands of an increasingly dynamic and competitive world. “Insper has always been daring in its proposals. At the time, we were experiencing a technological revolution, and, in a way, the school introduced us to this new reality, something that was undoubtedly a differential when I entered the job market,” she states.   Over the last 25 years, the institution has significantly expanded its program offerings. In 2015, Engineering programs (currently, Computer, Mechanical, and Mechatronics) were launched, followed by the Law program in 2021, and more recently, the Computer Science program in 2022. This evolution demonstrates Insper's commitment to multidisciplinary education, preparing its students for future challenges. Currently, the institution has around 3,500 students, a substantial increase compared to the 700 enrolled in its inaugural year."},{"jcr:title":"Grid Container Section","layout":"responsiveGrid"},{"text":"  Guilherme Salgado , alumnus of the first Business Administration class"},{"text":"  The innovative teaching model of Insper translates into tangible results. According to the Career Center, the employability rate of its graduates reaches 95% and approaches 100% when also considering those who chose the entrepreneurial path.   For Guilherme Salgado, an executive in New Business at a construction company and an alumnus of the first Business Administration class at Insper, the institution's differential has always been its focus on bridging theory with practice. "Insper always brought real cases and lectures with prominent market figures, which prepared us to face professional challenges," he recalls. Guilherme emphasizes that, at the time, his choice of Insper was based on trust in the people leading the project. "At that time, we didn't have many references about the institution, but we believed in the vision and the potential of the team. Looking back, I see that it was the best decision I could have made," he asserts confidently.   One of the major milestones in Insper's journey was the creation of the Scholarship Program in 2004, an initiative aimed at broadening access for low-income students to the excellent education offered by the institution. Celebrating 20 years in 2024, the program has become a pillar of Insper's institutional policy. Currently, about 10% of the students benefit from scholarships, demonstrating the school's commitment to inclusion and democratization of access to quality higher education. The diversity of profiles promoted by the program enriches the academic experience for all students and fosters a learning environment that transcends the classrooms.   Another aspect that differentiates Insper is the strong cohesion of the Alumni Community, which has played a crucial role in the continuous development of the institution. "I feel part of Insper's history," says Juliana. "The collaborative spirit and concern with ethics and social responsibility were always present in our formation, and today, as a professional, I see how much of a difference that makes in the market."   The engagement of alumni is a two-way street: by returning to the school to share their experiences, the alumni benefit from the network provided by Insper, strengthening ties with the corporate world and creating networking opportunities that extend throughout their lives. "The involvement of alumni is a way to give back and keep Insper aligned with market demands," comments Guilherme Salgado. "This benefits both current students and us, alumni, creating a network of collaboration and support."   As it celebrates 25 years of history, Insper reaffirms its commitment to academic excellence and the formation of well-rounded professionals, prepared to face the challenges of a constantly changing world. Juliana, now heading operations at a company with international operations, reflects on the impact of her time at the institution. "Like Insper, at Gonçalves Packaging, we don't strive to be the largest, but the best. That is the legacy we carry," she concludes proudly.   Accumulating now a quarter of a century of innovation, inclusion, and excellence, Insper continues to shape the future of its students and contribute to Brazil's transformation. Consolidated as a reference in national higher education, the institution forms generations of leaders and entrepreneurs, empowering them to turn challenges into opportunities.
