In today’s technological and connected world with fast changes, business strive to remain competitive. Customer and brand experience management have become a critical path to build competitive advantage. In this program, executives will dive into new and emerging innovations in brand and custom experience, trends and practices in this field.  In addition, you will have access to practical tools to manage customer experience and discuss the main challenges related to it. Through lectures, “live cases” and group interactions, participants will explore “what’s next” and build awareness of emerging trends in the marketing landscape. Although we discuss the topic globally, Brazilian cases will be used through the session.

During this program, you will:

  • Gain exposure to leading business and their challenges and opportunities in acquiring customers and building brands;
  • Network with other professionals which allows business development and peer learning;

At the end of this program, you will be able to:

  • Understand current trends, that shape marketing and brand management and discuss “what’s next” in marketing practices;
  • Propose Brand and Customer Experience innovations.

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience.
  • Active Insper MBA students must have completed at least 3 quarters
  • Fluency in English
  • They may be alumni of MBA programs
  • Insper students must have grades greater than or equal to 8.5
  • Only students coming from universities with the following accreditations will be accepted: AMBA, ANAMBA, AACSB or EQUIS
