In today’s technological and connected world with fast changes, business strive to remain competitive. Customer and brand experience management have become a critical path to build competitive advantage. In this program, executives will dive into new and emerging innovations in brand and custom experience, trends and practices in this field. In addition, you will have access to practical tools to manage customer experience and discuss the main challenges related to it. Through lectures, “live cases” and group interactions, participants will explore “what’s next” and build awareness of emerging trends in the marketing landscape. Although we discuss the topic globally, Brazilian cases will be used through the session.
In this program, we offer 2 full scholarships and 4 half scholarships for foreigners.
Scholarships are granted in order of application, so we strongly advise candidates to apply as soon as possible.
