These changes are happening very fast, in many industries, and disruption is not a future but a present threat. Amazon, Google, and many other innovative companies define and execute strategies that reshape markets and push competitors to scramble. This scenario reinforces and accelerates the need for a focused and effective approach to innovation.

In this 4-day Strategic Innovation program, you will get in touch with the main changes and trends that are forcing companies to put innovation into their strategic agenda, and understand how the most successful ones do it. The learning experience consists on hands-on dynamics, using practical toolkits and assessments, as well as inspiring and modern real-world examples that will help you to gain effectiveness as an innovation leader.

  • The Strategic Innovation program is a full cooperation between professionals from Lahav and Insper, designed and delivered by the faculty members of both academic institutions.

Since its establishment in 1969, Lahav, an integral part of the School of Management at Tel-Aviv University, and the leading provider of executive education in Israel, has been contributing to the development of organizational management resources and to talent management.

    PhD in Business Administration with emphasis in Finance from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - SP. She was a visiting student in the PhD program of management at the University of Texas. He holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo. Insper faculty member, member of the Executive Committee of BALAS - Business Association of Latin America Studies. Author of the book Theory of Options Applied to Investment Projects and various articles. Research in the areas of Corporate Finance, credit risk, real options and capital budget, with current focus on Private Equity and Venture Capital.

    Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from EAESP/FGV, Master's Degree in Operations Management from EAESP-FGV/University of Texas at Austin and PhD in Learning & Cognition from Rutgers University.
  • Eyal Benjamin

    Dr. Eyal Benjamin: Innovation Strategy specialist. Eyal is a serial entrepreneur, with background in ICT and automotive ventures as well as in venture capital investments. Today Eyal leads the innovation programs at LAHAV (the executive program of the Tel-Aviv University) and heads the entrepreneurship division at the Academic College of Tel-Aviv Jaffa. He holds a B.Sc. in engineering from TAU, Tel-Aviv Israel; Masters of Entrepreneurship and Innovation; and a PhD both from SUT, Melbourne, Australia.
  • Udi Aharoni

    Udi Aharoni is the General and Academic Director of Lahav Executive Education at the Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University, and a lecturer of the School's MBA and executive MBA strategy courses. He also manages the activities of the Eli Hurvitz Institute of Strategic Management at the School.
  • Luiz Vieira

    PhD in Engineering and Economics (in the areas of transportation economics, demand analysis and logistics) by M.I.T (Massachusetts Institute of Technology). Master's degree from Sloan School of Management, M.I.T (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), with an emphasis on strategy and applied economics. Master's degree from the Center for Operational Research, M.I.T (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), with mathematical programming, network algorithms. MSc in Transport Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) focusing on planning and simulation methods. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from UnB (University of Brasília). Former VP of Strategy Booz & Company and Operations, Logistics and Transportation Practice Leader in Latin America, with an office in São Paulo, Brazil. He is a specialist in business management, strategic and business development, business management model. He has more than 20 years of experience in sectors such as automotive, basic industries, infrastructure and logistics operators, agribusiness and consumer products in Latin America. He led projects and programs in the public and multilateral sectors, covering the areas of planning, infrastructure, savings and public policies and institutional strengthening. In addition to consulting, Luiz accumulated experience as President / CEO of the company Produzir SA, a joint venture between Bunge and Dupont in agribusiness, and Professor of Insper in the disciplines of Strategy and Operations in the MBA, Corporate, MPA and Executive Education programs.
  • Rodrigo Amantea

    PhD candidate and master degree in Business Administration from FGV-EAESP, with the development of research in the area of ​​innovation, entrepreneurship and branding. Vast experience in the management of innovation focused on products and services, as well as focused on value proposition of brands and business units, both in technology and large services companies. “Lumatic” - accredited professional on Human Centered Innovation by the LUMA Institute. Associate Dean of Executive Education and Professor of Design Thinking and Innovation at Insper.
  • Guilherme Fowler

    Guilherme Fowler A. Monteiro is an Associate Professor at Insper where he holds the Endeavor Chair in Entrepreneurship. A graduate from the University of Sao Paulo, Mr. Monteiro holds a bachelor’s degree in economics, a master degree in economic theory and a doctorate in management (summa cum laude). He has attended extension courses at the London School of Economics, Ollin College of Engineering and Harvard Business School. In 2015, he was visiting professor at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Guilherme is an expert in the fields of strategy design, high-growth firms, and competition economics. His research and consulting experience span a range of industries. Prior to joining the Insper faculty, he was senior economist and manager of the Competition Economics department at LCA, a leading Brazilian economic consulting firm.

Perfil do participante

Senior executives involved in innovation activities, or interested in bringing innovation to their company strategy and agenda. A minimum of 7 years of professional experience is required. The program design aims to accommodate executives from small and medium businesses as well as family businesses.

This program requires degree and an advanced level of English language for listening comprehension, speaking and reading.
