Pillars of the educational proposal

Pedagogical principles

Our teaching activities encompass Undergraduate, Graduate, and Executive Education programs aimed at different audiences and with distinct learning objectives.

These objectives include not only academic content but also the development of essential competencies, such as analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork, leadership, argumentation, and critical thinking.

We believe that learning can only be achieved through strong student engagement and teaching methods that ensure their active participation both inside and outside the classroom. Therefore, we base our educational proposal on two major pillars: student-centered learning and assurance of learning. Additionally, we have developed a series of pedagogical principles to ensure effective results in applying these concepts across all our programs, following an adjustment process aimed at continuous improvement.

To this end, we rely on the dedication and constant improvement of our professors, focusing not only on the transmission of content but also on effectively achieving the learning objectives. Most of our faculty also has research responsibilities, which can be oriented towards publication in scientific journals or directed towards practice.

The idea is to bring together professors of different profiles who are competent in their fields of activity, dedicated, and fully aligned with our values. Only in this way can we achieve our ultimate goal of developing competent and socially responsible citizens, with the courage to innovate and the ability to be change agents wherever they operate.

The result of this concerted effort focused on the assurance of learning is reflected in the high employability rate of our students (94%), the low dropout rate (around 15%), and international recognition in various spheres, consolidated with the achievement of the world's three most important certifications.
