The Master in Business Management (MBM) of Insper is a modular program aimed at early-career professionals or recent graduates.

The program is divided between the mandatory general knowledge certifications and the specialist certifications in the area you choose.

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Certification

Entrepreneurship and Innovation is one of the five specialist certifications of Insper — the others are Data Analytics; Marketing Management; Leadership in Teams and Project Management.

The Entrepreneurship and Innovation program includes the three mandatory modules of the MBM (Business Excellence) and two exclusive modules to obtain the specialist certification (Entrepreneurship and Innovation). The student has the option to take the two specialist certification modules or just one of them, which allows them to obtain recognition for their qualification in a specific area more quickly.

At the end of the program, the Master in Business Management student will be able to:

  • Lead and work in a team: implement collaborative behavioral strategies that contribute to achieving common team goals;
  • Think critically: analyze a fact or form an argument considering the truth of the premises and the conclusions that can be reached;
  • Think computationally: formulate solutions to problems effectively, using technology as a foundation;
  • Manage the business: have competence in management practices within strategic, marketing, and delivery functions, integrated with the use of specific competencies (teams, critical and computational thinking);
  • Handle accounting, economics, and finance: analyze and select among investment and financing alternatives based on the economic-financial diagnosis of companies, with the aim of generating value for business sustainability.
  • Act strategically: achieve the strategic objectives in the organization at tactical and operational levels through people.
