Additionally, it introduces methods to assess the degree of digital maturity to identify the potential and gaps in the corporation's digital strategy.   Course: - Digital Strategy and Business   Track 2: Data-Driven Decision Making   The second track develops the analytical and technological tools for data-driven decision-making. The fourth track concludes the discussion on the gains throughout the value generation chain of companies resulting from (1) the new digital strategy and new business models (Track 1), (2) the use of analytical tools and data science (Track 2), and (3) the implementation of emerging technologies (Track 3).   Courses: - Customer Experience - Design of Digital Products-Services - Management of Digital Operations - Management of Digital Supply Chains   Track 5: Digital Culture and Change Management   In the fifth track, the crucial issue arising after learning the transformation process — managing this process — is resolved.
