Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior and Leadership at Insper. Ph.D. in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas de São Paulo (FGV SP), with a M.Sc. and undergraduate program from the same institution. She directs the Center for Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Studies at Insper and maintains a monthly column on Behavior and Leadership in the newspaper Valor Econômico.
She is dedicated to research focusing on interpersonal dynamics in the workplace, especially on how leaders and employees can build and maintain productive and collaborative relationships.
She has publications in prominent national and international journals, including the Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology, British Journal of Social Psychology, Personality and Individual Differences, among others. Before joining Insper, she worked as a Change Management consultant at Accenture, where she developed projects for national and multinational consumer goods and retail companies.
