Professor at Insper in the area of Strategy and Public Management and licensed professor at the School of Business Administration at the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA).
He was a visiting professor at the Robert F. Wagner School of Public Service, New York University (NYU), and HEC-Paris. In his research, he seeks to establish bridges between the areas of strategy and public administration and has published his work in top-tier journals such as Organization Science, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Public Administration Research and Theory, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Public Administration Review, among others.
He has professional experience in private organizations and as a consultant for companies, governments, and multilateral organizations in Brazil and abroad.
Research Area: creation and appropriation of public value, collaborations between public, private, and non-profit organizations, strategy and performance in the public sector.
