Ph.D. from FADUSP (2015), having written a dissertation on the quality of regulatory agencies in Brazil.

Lawyer with over 20 years of experience in public procurement, direct and through bids, common concessions, public-private partnerships, and auctions, as well as public control activities over the private sector, primarily in public services, infrastructure, and regulated activities, advising private companies and the public sector.

Represented private companies, both national and foreign, interested in investing in airports - at the national level, National Civil Aviation Agency, and state level; in highways - at the national level, National Land Transport Agency (ANTT) and state level; in railways (ANTT); ports - at the national level, SEP and National Waterway Transport Agency (ANTAQ), and state level; telecommunications (national), and environmental and sanitation services (at the municipal level).

Member of Women in Regulation and InfraWomen. Consultant for the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).
