Graduate in Business Administration and M.Sc. in Applied Economics from the University of São Paulo (USP) and doctoral candidate in Public Administration at Insper. Specialized in the generation, use, and communication of evidence for the improvement of public policies, with studies and books in the areas of education, social development, income distribution, and poverty.
At Insper, she coordinates the Public Track in the undergraduate program, the graduate programs in Public Management, the Network Science for the Design of Educational Policy, and the Study Group on People in Homeless Situations. She was Secretary of Social Development of the State of São Paulo.
