President of Insper since June 2023. He was the Dean of Undergraduate Education between 2020 and 2023. He holds an M.Sc. and a Doctoral Program in Operations and Competitiveness from FGV/EAESP, with a sandwich period at Arizona State University.

He has an undergraduate degree from the Universidade Federal de Viçosa (UFV) and has professional experience in various industries in roles of product improvement, processes, and customer experience. He has been with Insper for 15 years, serving in faculty roles and program management.
