Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Tulane University, holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration from IBMEC Rio de Janeiro and in Organizational Behavior from Tulane University, in addition to an undergraduate degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and an MBA in Business Management from PUC-Rio.
Assistant Professor and Associate Dean for International Development. Teaches courses related to organizational behavior and entrepreneurship. Leader of the Entrepreneurship Track for the undergraduate program. Previously served as Program Director of the Business Administration program.
With experience in management positions in telecommunications companies, she has ventured into the logistics and electric vehicle components sectors. She has taught at various educational institutions, including IBMEC-RJ, PUC-SP, and the Superior School of Advertising and Marketing of Rio Grande do Sul (ESPM-RS).
