Ph.D. in Philosophy and M.Sc. in Political Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), with a Postdoctoral degree from Columbia University in New York. He is an Assistant Professor and researcher at Insper. Specialist in Public Policies and Government Management from the National School of Public Administration (ENAP) and in Cultural Management and Ibero-American Cooperation from the University of Barcelona (UB).
He served as Secretary of State for Justice and Social Development of Rio Grande do Sul and as Director of the Iberê Camargo Foundation.
He was a scholarship holder of the Faculty Research Program, International Council for Canadian Studies, in Toronto, Canada. Creator and curator of the Fronteiras do Pensamento Project. He has experience in the areas of political analysis, business ethics, public management, education, culture, and the third sector.
