First woman M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the State University of Maringá (UEM) in the area of thermal sciences, she holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC), with Academic Honors.

Professor of Engineering and Executive Education at Insper. Creator of the MNE Project - Black Women in Engineering. Tedx Insper: Inspiring Future Generations of Black Women in Engineering.

Diversity Ambassador of Insper (2023-present), she was the coordinator of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee (Management 2020-2023) of the school and founder and mentor of the student collective Raposas Negras do Insper.
