Andrea Maria Accioly Fonseca Minardi

Senior Research Fellow | Ph.D. in Business Administration - FGV/SP

She holds an undergraduate program in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP) and a Doctoral Program in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation of São Paulo (FGV SP). She was a visiting student in the doctoral program in Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Senior Research Fellow Professor at Insper, Board member of the Climate Smart Institute and Insper Angels, and member of the 2030 Committee of ABVCAP (Brazilian Venture Capital Association).

She was the director of the Brazilian Society of Finance, academic director of Insper, and member of the Executive Committee of BALAS (Business Association of Latin American Studies).

She teaches and researches in the area of investment and corporate finance, and since 2015, she has focused her academic activities on alternative assets and entrepreneurial finance. She is the author of the book "Teoria das Opções Aplicadas a Projetos de Investimento" (Atlas), various published articles, and book chapters.
