Bachelor and M.Sc. in Business Administration from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG), with participation in research projects on work inequalities developed by the Center for Organizational Studies and Society (NEOS). Doctor in Public Administration and Government from the São Paulo School of Business Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-EAESP), with a doctoral internship at Aston University, United Kingdom.

Professor at Insper, Program Director of the Center for Work Diversity and Inclusion Studies. On the teaching front, also served as a professor of the undergraduate program and M.Sc. in Business Administration at Essex Business School, United Kingdom, and was a Post-Doctoral Researcher. Prior to that, coordinated the São Paulo Unit of the consultancy Nexo Investimento Social and was an Analyst at the Superintendence of Public Entrepreneurs of the Office of Strategic Priorities of the Government of Minas Gerais. Currently, focuses on the study of gender public policies and policies to promote the economic autonomy of women.
