This agreement, established during the event celebrating the 7th anniversary of the CGPP, sets up collaboration mechanisms for implementing training programs in the area of public management, promoting training, consulting, and research. The activities outlined in the agreement are fundamentally important to the objectives of both organizations. They include the joint organization of national and international academic events, the development of applied research projects, and the provision of scholarships for the professional training of students from OAS Member States. Guilherme Martins, President of Insper, emphasized the importance of this cooperation, highlighting that by joining forces, both institutions expand their capacity to impact society and the quality of public debate. "More than a beginning, this agreement represents a commitment from both parties to accomplish many things together," said Martins. Silvério Zebral Filho, head of the OAS Public Governance Unit, noted that over the past eight years, the OAS School of Government has been dedicated to strengthening institutions, and now, with the support of Insper, it will be possible not only to continue this work but also to enhance the training of professionals working in public policies and law. "This is the beginning of a joint journey, for which I thank you on behalf of Secretary General Luis Almagro and the School of Government," declared Zebral Filho. The agreement attests to the commitment of Insper and the OAS in promoting high-quality education and research in the area of public management.  "}]
