The Library has always been a space that promotes self-management, meaning that you independently manage access to the collection, including loans, returns, renewals, and reservations of materials.

We believe that responsible and conscious use of our collection is essential to the goal of promoting collective and shared use of resources among the entire community.

Starting from 02/17/2025, you will be in charge of managing the materials that need to be returned and making renewals if necessary.

The loan of materials can be done at the service desk or at the self-loan machine through login and password.

The Library may, when necessary, restrict or extend the loan term, volume numbers or suspend the circulation of certain works.

The user may borrow the same copy again as many times as necessary, for the same period, with the work in hand at the Library's counter, as long as it is not in debt with the Library and there is no reserve of the material.

Loans for use outside the Library can be made, according to the criteria below:
