Economics About the program

By choosing to be an economist, your main challenge is to efficiently allocate resources. Economists work in several areas: Companies, Financial Institutions, Government Agencies, Consulting and Research.

High integration between Business Administration and Economics programs at Insper (with the same basic subjects in the first semesters of both programs) grants the student the chance of achieving a Double Certification, which means you may have a degree in both Business Administration and Economics programs.

From the forth semester on, each program has its own specific subjects. In the senior year, the student selects the subjects to attend, defining a major.
