The history of Insper reveals a trajectory of growth and continuous advancement, guided by the mission to serve as a center of excellence in the fields of business administration and economics.

The programs of Insper are developed based on an integrated teaching model that encompasses, in addition to the technical and academic curriculum, the humanistic and professional orientation of students.

Guided by this model, the Institution invests regularly in the development of its faculty, in creating a fertile environment for the development of academic research, and in the advancement of teaching practices, which seek, among other things, the development of competencies in its students, such as critical thinking and systemic vision, and the preservation of an environment marked by intellectual curiosity, discussion and questioning in which high levels of ethical behavior prevail. These factors ensure the contribution of Insper to the development of individuals who are well prepared to exercise leadership and make a difference in Brazil.

Within this philosophy of action, the Institution provides an environment of seriousness and study that fosters the exercise of thinking, discussion and the exploration of new ideas and concepts, honoring its commitment to the truth and conveying up-to-date and relevant knowledge, with the student acting as the main protagonist in the teaching-learning relationship.
