Educational Approach

The educational approach of Insper is to educate individuals who are committed to identifying the problems around them and thinking critically about such problems, proposing solutions that generate value for society. At our school, this proposal is achieved through:

• a culture of learning that makes students the protagonists in their learning experience, demanding their intense dedication and participation. On the one hand, professors have at their disposal the resources (e.g., case studies, simulated dilemmas, interactive technologies, integrated projects, etc.) to ensure that the learning experience sparks interest and encourages reflection and the exchange of ideas, thereby fulfilling their objective. On the other hand, students must come adequately prepared for classes, asking questions and contributing ideas so as to build a collective repertoire that is much richer than the sum of the individual contributions.
• a continuous process of quality improvement of the school's programs, called the Learning Guarantee;
• actions aimed at the continuous development of our faculty;
• an integrated educational model based on three pillars of development - academic, humanistic and professional;
