Executive Committee

The Executive Committee is responsible for managing Insper's operations in accordance with the strategic guidelines submitted by the Board of Directors. The Committee is responsible for executing the budget and achieving the targets and objectives stated in the Strategic Plan and in the target plans established on an annual basis. All six executives on the Committee report directly to the President, and of these four are responsible for academic programs (Undergraduate, Lato Sensu Graduate, Stricto Sensu Graduate and Executive Education) and two for corporate areas (Institutional Development and Shared Services). The executives may preside over management support committees, such as the Academic Committee, which is responsible for all of the institution's academic matters.
