Educational proposal

The educational proposal of Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa is to develop individuals who are committed to identifying the problems around them and think critically about them, and then propose solutions that generate value for society. At our School, this purpose is realized through:

• learning culture that puts the student in the role of the main protagonist in their learning process, which requires intense dedication and participation. On the one hand, the professor brings resources (e.g., case studies, dilemmas, interactive technologies, integrated works, etc.) so that the learning experience sparks interest, generates reflection and the exchange of ideas and in turn achieves the established purposes. On the other hand, the student prepares for classes and contributes with questions and ideas that build a collective repertoire that is much richer than the sum of the individual parts.
• process to continually improve the quality of the School’s academic programs, called the Learning Guarantee;
• actions targeting the continuous development of our faculty;
• an integrated educational model based on 3 training pillars: academic, humanistic and professional;
• research on the teaching and learning of business and economics.
