The Career Development Center supports the professional development of its students and alumni, encouraging them to use the strategies and tools they need to get the most out of their academic and professional experiences. Its activities help participants identify their professional interests, increasing their comprehension of themselves and their context to provide a solid foundation for their decisions.
The Career Development Center manages the Opportunities Board, a recruitment and selection system for internships, trainee and job opportunities, facilitating communication between the job market, the School and students. Companies advertise professional opportunities and receive résumés from our students and alumni.

Insper has established and maintains partnerships with the job market to provide support for selection processes and increase the number of job opportunities open to our students.
Students are assisted in entering the job market through partnerships between Insper and companies that involve internships and/or trainee programs and other career opportunities.
